The challange

I worked as an in-house designer on the redesign of Käypä hoito, one of Finland’s most visited healthcare websites, with the goal of improving the experience without compromising trust or readability. The project focused on enhancing the findability of supplementary guideline materials while keeping the core reading experience distraction-free, and on supporting both healthcare professionals and citizens with clearly different usage patterns across desktop and mobile. The work was carried out in close collaboration with an agile product and development team.
